How Often Should I Schedule Maintenance for My Commercial HVAC System?

A: Twice a year — once in spring before the cooling season, once in fall before you need heat. In Central Oklahoma that cadence earns its keep, because equipment here gets no off-season.

One Oklahoma year asks a commercial system to carry a long, punishing cooling season and a real heating season with ice storms. On top of that:

  • Red-dirt dust loads filters, blower wheels, and condenser coils faster than it would in most climates
  • We sit in an active hail corridor, and bent condenser fins and damaged line sets are common enough that a spring visit is often the first time anyone notices
  • Rooftop and closet units in a working building rarely get looked at until something stops

Our published Service Agreement is $299 per year plus $50 per year for each additional unit, and it covers bi-annual spring and fall maintenance, 10% off non-warranty parts, and priority scheduling. Commercial rates differ from residential, so for a multi-unit building call 405-420-4895 and we will price the coverage against what you actually have on the roof.
