After hours? Weekend and holiday appointments must be scheduled by phone at 405-420-4895. After-hours, weekend, and holiday labor is $154.50/hour against $125/hour during business hours, one hour minimum plus parts. We aim to begin response within about four hours, though that is a target rather than a guarantee.
Repair diagnostics are $95 — and that fee is waived when you approve the repair on the same visit. Estimates for a new system or replacement are always free.
After you submit, we confirm your request and call you back to set an arrival window. Requests sent outside Monday–Friday, 8:00am–6:00pm are answered the next business day. After-hours and weekend emergency service is available at the after-hours labor rate. We aim to begin response within about 4 hours of your call. Response times are a target, not a guarantee, and vary with weather, call volume, and travel distance.
