• Chat assistant conversations.Messages you send to the website chat assistant, and the assistant’s replies, are recorded so we can answer questions, improve the assistant, and follow up if you ask us to.
• Usage information collected automatically as you browse, such as pages viewed, approximate location derived from your IP address, browser type, and referring links. We use this to keep the site working and understand how it is used.

Conversations you have with the assistant are transmitted to and stored by Four13 Studios as our service provider, where they may be reviewed to support you and improve the assistant’s quality. Four13 Studios is not permitted to use your conversations for its own marketing.
• Scheduling and dispatch. Booking and job details are processed in the field-service and accounting systems we use to schedule visits, invoice work, and keep service records.
• Communications and analytics providers that help us send messages and understand website usage.

The chat assistant

The chat assistant is for general questions about our services. Please do not enter payment card numbers, government identifiers, or other sensitive information into the chat. The assistant is not monitored in real time and should not be used for emergencies — for urgent heating or cooling issues, call us at 405-420-4895.

Text messages

If you provide your mobile number, we may contact you by text about your service request, appointments, and account. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, and reply HELP for help. We send messages only during reasonable local hours.
