Do You Offer Emergency HVAC Service?

A: Yes — after hours, weekends, and holidays. Our regular hours are Monday-Friday, 8:00am to 6:00pm; outside of those, no-heat and no-cool calls are handled at the after-hours rate. We aim to begin response within about four hours, though that is a target rather than a guarantee.

Here is the money part up front, so nothing is a surprise at 11pm:

• After-hours, weekend, and holiday labor is $154.50/hour, versus $125/hour during business hours
• One hour minimum, plus parts
• The $95 service call is waived if you approve the repair on that same visit

Oklahoma gives equipment no off-season — an ice storm and a punishing summer in the same twelve months — so failures tend to land at the worst possible hour. Being based in Washington, in McClain County, puts us close to the I-35 corridor and the south metro rather than an hour out.
