On a heating visit, combustion and safety checks come first.

Timing is spring and fall, which is what the $299/year Service Agreement covers: both visits, 10% off non-warranty parts, and priority scheduling. Additional units are $50/year each. Without an agreement, a one-off tune-up is quoted when you call — call for the current figure, one hour minimum.
