Do You Charge a Diagnostic or Service Call Fee?

A: For repairs, yes: $95, waived if you approve the repair during that same visit. For a new system or a replacement, the estimate is free and no service-call fee applies.

• Labor is $125/hour during business hours (Monday–Friday, 8:00am–6:00pm)
• After hours, weekends, and holidays are $154.50/hour
• One hour minimum, plus parts
• After-hours emergency work is available; we aim to begin response within about four hours, though that is a target, not a guarantee

You get a written price before any work starts, so the diagnostic ends with a decision rather than a surprise. Commercial rates are structured differently — call for those rather than reading residential numbers across.
